The Owon XDG2060 60MHz, 2 Channel DDS Arbitrary Waveform Generator, 14-bit features 60MHz frequency output, 500MSa/s sample rate, and 14 bits vertical resolution. The XDG2060 has 6 basic waveforms, and 150 built-in arbitrary waveforms. The XDG2060 has integrated high-accuracy frequency counter with 100MHZ-200MHz range, SCPI, and LabVIEW supported.
